Your Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming sales inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services to interested clients.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Close sales and achieve designated targets for revenue generation.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with colleagues to enhance sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in inbound sales or customer service roles is highly advantageous.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to foster rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, managing tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
