In this role, you will:
· Work with the BA to understand the requirements and analyze the same.
· Design and develop solutions in ForgeRock Identity Cloud for onboarding applications.
· Design and develop Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes.
· Work on creating RBAC in ForgeRock Identity Cloud.
· Design and develop integrations with third party APIs.
· Work with various client stakeholders for demo’s and design discussions.
· Lead the ForgeRock team for the overall delivery of the project.
· Work with BA, QA teams and support teams for the overall completion of the project.

What you need to have to be considered
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a strong focus on ForgeRock.
· Hands-on expertise in ForgeRock Identity Cloud including core development, integration, and solution design.
· Proficiency in Java and J2EE technologies for backend development and system integration.
· Proven experience in leading IAM projects and managing cross-functional teams.
· Strong understanding of RBAC models, JML processes, and third-party API integrations.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $84,000 - $134,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
