We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will play a critical part in driving strategic decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Build, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
  • Analyze monthly financial performance and variances vs. budget and forecast
  • Partner with business leaders to understand financial drivers and support departmental planning
  • Prepare management reporting packages and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Support ad-hoc analysis to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation within the FP&A function
  • Assist in the development and refinement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Workday, Oracle, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization
