In this position, you will be responsible for assisting our French-speaking clients with technical support needs, ensuring they receive timely and effective solutions to their inquiries. Your role is vital for enhancing the client experience and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for French-speaking end users through various communication channels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients.
- Provide guidance on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Document, track, and manage support requests in a detailed and organized manner.
- Work closely with team members to improve processes and share knowledge.
- Participate in ongoing training to further enhance support skills and product understanding.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is a must. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on providing a great customer experience.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
