In this role, you will be the friendly voice our clients turn to for help with their technical inquiries. Your goal will be to troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide guidance, ensuring an excellent customer experience every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding helpdesk support to French-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues swiftly and accurately.
- Educate clients about product features and best practices.
- Document every customer interaction to help improve services.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Engage in regular training to stay updated on latest product offerings and support techniques.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required.
- Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a desire to learn.
- Experience in customer service or helpdesk roles is advantageous.
