In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users through our platform's features. Your expertise will contribute to high customer satisfaction and a positive experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist French-speaking customers through email and chat support.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Offer insightful guidance on platform navigation and functionality.
- Keep a detailed record of customer interactions for further reference.
- Work collaboratively to improve support processes and escalate difficult issues when necessary.
- Engage in ongoing training to remain updated on product offerings and support tools.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience in online support or technical customer service is beneficial.
