You will assist our French-speaking clients by addressing their queries and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Offer outstanding remote support to French-speaking customers through various communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve an array of customer issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers on product features and best practices to enhance their usage.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and provide feedback on customer needs.
- Participate in training sessions to develop your skills and keep up with product updates.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Technical aptitude and a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in remote support or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
