Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)
  • Strong understanding of core ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory)
  • Proven experience in system configuration, requirements gathering, and end-user training
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and integration concepts is a plus (technical coordination with devs)
  • Fluent in English

Requirements

Tasks:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Configure Dynamics 365 Business Central to match client workflows and processes
  • Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and test scenarios
  • Support data migration, UAT, and go-live activities
  • Provide user training and ongoing functional support
  • Work closely with technical consultants to ensure seamless integration and solution delivery
