Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)
- Strong understanding of core ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory)
- Proven experience in system configuration, requirements gathering, and end-user training
- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integration concepts is a plus (technical coordination with devs)
- Fluent in English
Requirements
Tasks:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Configure Dynamics 365 Business Central to match client workflows and processes
- Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and test scenarios
- Support data migration, UAT, and go-live activities
- Provide user training and ongoing functional support
- Work closely with technical consultants to ensure seamless integration and solution delivery
