Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support to our German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Address any inquiries or concerns, and provide thorough information about our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to share insights and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to further develop your knowledge and skills!
Requirements
- Fluency in German is a must; proficiency in English is a bonus!
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer care.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
- Great communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
