Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of software solutions for German-speaking clients.
- Assess client needs and develop customized implementation plans for successful software integration.
- Conduct necessary training and workshops to empower clients to use the software effectively.
- Maintain documentation throughout the implementation process and capture client feedback for future enhancements.
- Work alongside project managers and developer teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Identify and address challenges or technical issues during the implementation phase.
Requirements
- Fluency in German is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Proven experience in software implementation, consulting, or related fields.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset while also being able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client support and training sessions.
