Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical assistance to our German-speaking clientele regarding our cloud solutions or technology products.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Educate and assist customers in maximizing the benefits of our products and services.
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues as necessary to maintain service quality.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service processes and share insights.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay informed about product updates and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is a must.
- Strong technical skills and a knack for problem-solving.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, customer-centric attitude.
