In this role, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction, helping users navigate our products while resolving any technical issues they may encounter. Your expertise and customer-oriented approach will help ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our technology.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to German-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues while providing effective solutions.
- Assist customers in understanding product functionalities and features.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues within our support system for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and support best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is advantageous.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in technology and problem-solving.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new lifestyle.
