What You'll Do:

As GM Monetization, you are a key member of the extended leadership team, reporting directly to the President, Performance Media. You will steer the global commercialization and strategic evolution of Commerce Grid as the premier monetization engine, overseeing client solutions, operations, R&D, and product, with shadow P&L accountability and dotted-line leadership over agency sales teams supporting our supply activation business.

Your mission is to architect and lead the future of the Supply Layer, infusing curation, curated deals, advanced commerce supply and audiences, programmatic retail media enablement, and laying the groundwork for the holistic Commerce DSP ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Criteo’s cross-channel supply strategy, partnerships and integrations to ensure measurable performance can be achieved by Criteo and its demand partners.

  • Drive activated media spend through Commerce Grid by supporting full-funnel tactics across the shopper journey, from upper funnel Discovery Advertising to mid-funnel customer acquisition and lower funnel customer retargeting and retention.

  • Foster commerce curation in the commerce media space with retailers, vertical networks and buy-now-pay-later services.

  • Innovate new channel coverage as consumer behaviors shift from search to AI assistants and the agentic world.

Who You Are:

  • Seasoned Ad Tech and SSP Leader
    You bring senior leadership experience with SSPs, ideally in commerce, retail media, or publisher monetization contexts. You have built or scaled technology platforms that blend commerce signals with programmatic supply.

  • Strategic Thinker and Operator
    You are equally comfortable crafting visionary strategy, such as future commerce DSP supply ecosystems, and executing across product, operations, client solutions, and sales.

  • Product and Marketplace Innovator
    You have launched new formats, deal packaging tools, and curated marketplaces, leveraging data (1P, intent, SKU-level) to drive differentiated value and outcomes.

  • Collaborative Team Leader
    Skilled at aligning multifaceted teams, including product, R&D, operations, sales, and agencies. You can operate fluently across regions and functions to drive shared success.

  • P&L and GTM Savvy
    Demonstrated success owning P&L, managing revenue, forecasts, ROI, and budgets. You understand how to stitch together supply and demand in a commercial ecosystem for maximum yield.

  • Future-Forward and Commerce-Centric
    You think ahead, envisioning how curation, commerce media, BNPL, social, CTV, and DSP integrations will reshape supply strategies. You are passionate about making CommerceGrid the foundational supply layer across Criteo’s commerce media ecosystem.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
