As a Golang/Ruby Software Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring task performance and ensuring the successful completion of assignments given by the Manager. Additionally, you are expected to proactively propose initiatives to enhance the performance of the Product team and drive innovation within the team.
 

  • Provide a technical approach before implementation & make a detailed plan for requirements.
  • Work as a team player to provide ongoing production support to our customers.
  • Actively search for new technologies, tools for working purposes.
  • Build and maintain the core of the project.
  • Utilize best practices, such as Test Driven Development, and Domain-Driven Design as an architectural guide.
  • Build integrations with third-party tools and APIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Development or related fields.

Must have:

  • At least 3 years of solid experience in Golang or Ruby.
  • Willing to learn new programming languages and frameworks.
  • Intermediate English communication (listening and speaking)
  • Passion for code quality and improvement.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Deployment & Docker.
  • Experience with GenAI.
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce/CMS/ERP Platform.
  • Experience with integration tools, such as Payment, Delivery, and Accounting systems.
  • Experience with code review and GIT.
  • Experience with concurrency processing, data analytics or machine learning.
