  • Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for company branding, social media, websites, and other design projects in alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure all design projects are delivered with high quality and meet deadlines.
  • Establish and maintain creative direction and brand guidelines.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple design projects while ensuring adherence to specifications.
  • Create rough drafts and initial concepts based on project briefs.
  • Innovate and refine designs while working within budget and time constraints.
  • Review and revise designs to ensure accuracy and high quality.
  • Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
  • Design social media visuals, banners, thumbnails, and marketing assets.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
  • Create compelling thumbnails, infographics, and promotional graphics.

Requirements

  • Proven 3 years of minimum experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency setting (portfolio required).
  • Professional or native-level communication in both English and Indonesian (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other industry-standard design tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and engagement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity, visual hierarchy, and typography.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback.
  • Capable of managing multiple clients or stakeholders simultaneously
  • Able to thrive under high-pressure situations and shifting priorities
  • Familiarity with finance/trading content is a plus but not required.
  • Willing to relocate to or already based in Bali
