Graphic Designer
Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Time
Salary: $600 per month
Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer with proven design experience and a strong eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Instagram content creation and current design tools, with the ability to manage high-demand projects while maintaining brand consistency. This role requires someone who can adapt quickly, think creatively, and collaborate effectively with our team to deliver high-quality designs for various platforms and marketing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create engaging graphics for social media platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram.
- Develop and format email newsletters to communicate brand messages effectively.
- Refresh and modernize the logo and other brand assets while ensuring consistency.
- Create compelling designs for merchandise and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute impactful design projects.
- Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and are delivered on time.
- Stay informed about current design trends, tools, and social media best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in both digital and print mediums.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
- Strong understanding of Instagram design and visual content strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) is a plus.
- Familiarity with merchandise design and production is an advantage.
