We’re hiring a Head of Data to design, lead, and scale EnrollHere’s data ecosystem, ensuring it is secure, compliant, and optimized for analytics, reporting, and AI. This strategic and hands-on leadership role will own the company’s data strategy, architecture, governance, and operations.

You’ll lead a growing team of data and analytics professionals, build robust pipelines, deliver actionable insights, and enable innovation while maintaining the highest compliance standards. Working closely with AI, Product, and Engineering, you’ll ensure data is structured for usability and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute EnrollHere’s enterprise-wide data strategy.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, warehouses, and integrations.
  • Oversee compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, CMS, and other standards.
  • Implement and enforce data governance frameworks.
  • Lead BI and analytics to deliver timely and actionable insights.
  • Champion self-service analytics for internal teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally to prepare datasets for advanced analytics and AI.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Data team.
  • Evaluate and manage vendors for data platforms and tools.

Requirements

Proven experience leading enterprise data strategy in high-compliance environments.

8+ years in data engineering, analytics, or related fields; 3+ years in leadership.

Strong background in governance, ETL/ELT, and real-time data integration.

Experience with Databricks or similar big data platforms.

Proficiency with Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
