About the Role:
π Location: Remote (Preferred: Poland or Ukraine)
π§ Experience: 2+ years in HR and recruitment across mid to executive levels
π Employment Type: Full-time only (no part-time)
π Key Responsibilities:
Partner with local business units to forecast and fulfill hiring needs
Source, prescreen, and recruit candidates across various levels (mid, senior, executive)
Localize HR processes, including recruitment practices and labor contract formats
Organize employee onboarding and adaptation processes
Support performance management: KPIs, assessments, and development plans
Provide labor market analytics and salary benchmarking
Advise managers on country-specific labor law and employment practices
Enhance local employer branding and media presence
Identify and manage local HR vendors or outsourcing partners
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on HR experience (preferably in outsourcing or international businesses)
Native Polish; English B2 and higher; Russian/Ukrainian β would be an advantage
In-depth knowledge of local labor law and documentation
Track record of recruitment in the local market (mid to executive roles)
Professional appearance and clear speech
