Job Summary

SSC HR Solutions is looking for a dedicated and dynamic HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle various HR responsibilities, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance. You will play a critical role in facilitating a positive organizational culture and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, feedback, and concerns, fostering a supportive work environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
    • Experienced in Payroll & Personnel.
    • Has strong knowledge of the Egyptian labor law.
    • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Maximum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor legislation, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with employee training and development programs.
  • Knowledge of HR metrics and analytics.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
