Outsourcing Advantage is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to meet our staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring manager to understand their requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to foster positive relationships with candidates and clients alike.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule conduct interviews with candidates.
- Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
- Provide regular updates to hiring manager on the recruitment process and candidate status.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of C1 Advanced
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or work experience, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.

- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
