Outsourcing Advantage is looking for a Loan Renegotiator Assistant to support our team in assisting clients with loan modification processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to manage client data effectively. You will be responsible for assisting in gathering documentation, coordinating with clients and lenders, and ensuring a smooth loan renegotiation process, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in gathering necessary documents for loan renegotiation.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and lenders to facilitate the renegotiation process.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation submitted.
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding items and provide timely updates.
  • Prepare reports on the status of renegotiated loans and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal Phone and written communication skills in English, at least at a level of C1 Advanced.
  • Previous experience in Loans service or administrative support.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of loan products and processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent client service.
