·        Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding,outboarding

·        Implement invitation and interview according to the company's recruitment process.

·        Ensure that the job description of each department is collected and assist in publishing the job recruitment.

·        Collect, classify and sort out the resumes of relevant candidates, and screen the resumes initially

·        Support employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution

·        Assist the Human Resources Director in dealing with human resources department matters

·        Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently

·        Maintain and update company organization charts and employee directory

·        Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives

·        Maintain HR systems and processes

·        Provide support and guidance to company staff

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s Degree and above in business administration, Human resources, or a related field

·        1-2 years of experience in Human resources or a related field

·        Strong knowledge of Communication skills, logical, and patient to solve the problem

·        Proficient in English and Turkish languages, (prefer native chinese ,chinese is plus)

·        Work with patience ,responsibility and carefulness
