Account specific roles and responsibilities
Inbound Communication Handling
- Receive and respond to inbound phone calls through the Inbound Queue.
- Manage incoming emails from the company’s customer service email account, providing timely and professional responses.
- Make calls to stakeholders for clarification or verification as needed.
- Proactively update clients via MS Teams or other communication platforms.
Documentation & Data Entry
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the client’s systems and tools immediately following each call or email.
- Ensure all entries are complete, up-to-date, and in compliance with client guidelines.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of BPO experience (preferably in a Voice Account)
- Financial account experience is a PLUS!
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Willing to work in Buendia, Makati
- Amenable working night shift
