Account specific roles and responsibilities

Inbound Communication Handling

    • Receive and respond to inbound phone calls through the Inbound Queue.
    • Manage incoming emails from the company’s customer service email account, providing timely and professional responses.
    • Make calls to stakeholders for clarification or verification as needed.
    • Proactively update clients via MS Teams or other communication platforms.

Documentation & Data Entry

    • Accurately document all customer interactions in the client’s systems and tools immediately following each call or email.
    • Ensure all entries are complete, up-to-date, and in compliance with client guidelines.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of BPO experience (preferably in a Voice Account)
  • Financial account experience is a PLUS!
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Willing to work in Buendia, Makati
  • Amenable working night shift
