Job Summary

The Infra Dev Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure with a focus on Splunk Admin and Dynatrace AppMon Zabbix. The candidate will leverage their expertise in Medicare and Medicaid Claims to enhance system performance and ensure seamless operations. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Splunk Admin and Dynatrace AppMon to ensure high availability and performance of IT systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate monitoring solutions that align with business objectives.
• Analyze system performance data to identify trends and implement proactive measures to prevent issues.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related incidents ensuring timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
• Implement best practices for infrastructure management to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Conduct regular audits of system performance and security to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Lead initiatives to improve system scalability and capacity planning.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure components.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical issues and best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to evaluate new technologies and solutions.
• Travel as required to support on-site infrastructure projects and initiatives. Qualifications
• Possess strong expertise in Splunk Admin and Dynatrace AppMon with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.
• Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and monitoring.
• Show proficiency in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to drive decision-making.
• Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
