Infra Dev Specialist (ONSITE)

As Infra Dev Specialist, you will make an impact by developing and maintaining infrastructure solutions with a focus on TLM-Message Interface and Message Manager. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with Life Sciences teams.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions with a focus on TLM-Message Interface and Message Manager to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure strategies that align with business objectives.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.
• Provide technical expertise and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Implement best practices for infrastructure management ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Analyze system requirements and develop solutions that enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Oversee the deployment of infrastructure solutions ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
• Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored infrastructure solutions that meet their requirements.
• Ensure documentation of infrastructure processes and procedures is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.
• Support the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Contribute to the companys mission by enhancing the efficiency and reliability of infrastructure solutions in the Energy Supply and Trading sector.

What you need to have to be considered

• Possess strong technical skills in TLM-Message Interface and Message Manager with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Experience in the Energy Supply and Trading or Utilities domain is highly desirable providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies applying them to improve infrastructure solutions

• Certifications Required
• Certification in TLM-Message Interface or related infrastructure technologies is preferred.

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until September/9/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $49,001 – $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
