Job Summary

Mandatory Skills: ITIL Foundation Certification, Apple Certified Support Professional

· Manage and support IT infrastructure services to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

· Provide expert support for Macintosh OS X laptops, addressing technical issues promptly.

· Utilize Service Now to streamline IT service management processes and improve efficiency.

· Ensure seamless desktop support for Windows systems, enhancing user productivity.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that meet business needs.

· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

· Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.

· Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies.

· Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery.

· Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their technical skills.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

· Contribute to the development of IT strategies that align with organizational goals.

· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality IT services

The annual salary for this position is between $ 60,000 - $88,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
