Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Technology Specialist with 8–10 years in IT infrastructure and end-user computing for Torrens Island location. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Intune implementation, SCCM migration, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft 365 migration. This role involves managing device enrolment, security compliance, application deployment, and automation. The specialist will also provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Intune: Configure enrolment policies, enforce security compliance, deploy apps, troubleshoot issues.
• SCCM: Lead migration, manage packaging and deployment, optimize reporting, integrate with cloud.
• PowerShell: Automate tasks, optimize workflows, implement security scripts, troubleshoot execution.
• Microsoft 365: Lead migration, configure services, train users, monitor compliance.
• Technical Support: Provide remote/on-site support, resolve hardware/software/network issues, maintain logs.
• Device Management: Install/manage desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices; apply updates; track assets.
• Process Improvement: Develop SOPs, monitor SLAs, conduct audits, enhance user experience.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders; contribute to IT strategy.

Mandatory Skills:

• Intune: Policy configuration, device enrolment, security compliance, app deployment, troubleshooting.
• SCCM: Migration, application packaging, patching, reporting, integration with modern endpoint solutions.
• PowerShell: Advanced scripting for automation, system transformation, and security configuration.
• Microsoft 365: Migration from on-prem to cloud (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), user training, compliance.
• OS Management: Windows & Mac installation, configuration, and support.
• Networking & Security: VPN setup, endpoint protection, identity/access management.
• Service Delivery: SLA management, stakeholder communication, vendor collaboration.
