Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Technology Specialist with 8 to 10 years of expertise in IT infrastructure and end-user computing. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Intune implementation, including policy configuration, device enrolment, and security compliance management. They should be proficient in SCCM migration, handling application packaging, deployment strategies, and integration with modern endpoint management solutions. Advanced PowerShell scripting skills are essential for automation, system transformations, and optimizing workflows. Additionally, they must be adept in Microsoft 365 migration from on-premises to online, ensuring seamless transition and user adoption.
This role also involves providing on-site and remote technical support, managing installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. The specialist will play a key role in enhancing end-user experience through efficient service delivery, proactive problem-solving, and continuous process improvements. Strong communication and collaboration skills are crucial for working across teams and engaging with stakeholders
Mandatory Skills:
Intune Implementation – Expertise in policy configuration, device enrollment, security compliance, application deployment, and troubleshooting within Microsoft Endpoint Manager
SCCM Migration – Strong knowledge of migrating SCCM environments, including application packaging, distribution, patch management, reporting, and integration with modern endpoint solutions
PowerShell Scripting – Advanced scripting capabilities for automation, system transformations, infrastructure optimization, and task automation in Windows environments
Microsoft 365 Migration – Experience in transitioning from on-premises to cloud-based M365 solutions, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
Windows and Mac OS – Proficiency in installing, configuring, and managing operating systems, along with security settings and application support
Networking & Security – Understanding of network configurations, endpoint security, VPN setup, and identity/access management
Service Delivery & Communication – Strong ability to interact with stakeholders, manage SLAs, document technical processes, and collaborate with vendors for seamless IT operations
