As we continue to expand our instructor and consulting team, we’re looking for a motivated IT Consultant with a background in Data Science / AI, to join our Operations team and contribute to the education and development of our learners.
What You’ll Do
As an IT Consultant in the AI & Data Science team, you’ll play a dual role: educator and advisor. You’ll deliver interactive, online training sessions to trainees, while also supporting their development with coaching and feedback. Your goal: help professionals upskill and earn certifications that lead to real career outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Delivering online training sessions in AI & Data Science
● Leading Q&A and coaching calls to support learners
● Monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement
● Contributing to the creation and improvement of training materials
● Staying up to date on the latest trends and tools in the industry
● Maintaining strong learner relationships and satisfaction
● Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a great learner experience
● Participating in internal development and knowledge-sharing sessions
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
● 1–3 years of professional experience in Data Science or IT Consulting
● Strong hands-on knowledge of Excel, Data Cleaning, Power BI, and dashboard creation
● Solid experience with SQL and Python
● Familiarity with AI tools and concepts
● Excellent communication and coaching skills
● Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously
● A learner-first mindset and openness to feedback
● Fluency in Greek and English
