As we scale our digital infrastructure and customer experience, we're looking for a Senior Full- Stack Developer to join our team and lead the evolution of our web ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you’ll take ownership of our web infrastructure, including the main website, microsites, and backend integrations. You'll define architecture, work closely with stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end solutions that support both marketing and product growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Leading the development and maintenance of our main platform (Next.js, React, Contentful, Vercel)
● Building and scaling performance-optimized microsites
● Designing and implementing backend services, APIs, and webhooks
● Managing deployment and cloud infrastructure (GCP, Vercel, etc.)
● Documenting your architecture and workflows clearly
● Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and meet requirements
● Ensuring sustainability and reducing complexity ("low bus factor")
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with:
● 3–6+ years of experience in full-stack development
● Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
● Solid experience with Node.js and API development
● Deep understanding of Next.js (SSR, API routes, deployments)
● Experience deploying to Vercel, Google Cloud, or similar platforms
● Familiarity with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Payload)
● Experience building backend logic, system integrations, and webhooks
● Ability to clearly document and communicate architectural decisions
● A proactive, solutions-first mindset
Nice to Have
● Experience with Supabase, Firestore, Heroku, or Azure
● Familiarity with visual builders like V0, Framer, etc.
● Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps basics
● Previous exposure to CRM or marketing automation tools
