As an IT Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for UiPath's Corporate IT projects. You will apply PM methodologies to deliver on time and on budget projects that support the UiPath’s strategic growth.
Operational Management (BAU):
Serve as the key point of contact for day-to-day operational issues impacting enterprise applications, including SAP S/4HANA and other core systems.
Oversee the ticket management process, ensuring timely review, prioritization, and resolution of incidents and service requests according to established SLAs.
Proactively monitor system performance and stability, working with technical teams to prevent incidents and address performance issues before they impact business operations.
Change and Release Management:
Chair and facilitate the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, guiding discussions to assess the risk and impact of proposed changes across the enterprise landscape.
Drive adherence to the change management process, ensuring proper documentation, testing, and approval of all SAP transports and other system changes.
Coordinate the scheduling of planned maintenance, patches, and system upgrades (for both SAP and non-SAP systems) to minimize disruption to the business.
Governance and Reporting:
Develop and maintain robust operational governance processes in line with ITIL best practices for both SAP and the broader IT environment.
Generate and present reports on key operational metrics, including ticket trends, change success rates, and service performance to both IT and business stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, computer engineering or equivalent experience and/or certifications
PMP highly desirable
5-10 years Project Management.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience working with SAP Cloud Landscapes and Enterprise Systems.
Experience in presenting internal and external status reports and detailed status reports suitable for presentation to the Project Steering Committee and Executive Committee
Experience in completing project deliverables within scope, schedule, costs and quality constraints
Experience in Risk and Issue Management
Experience with software tools such as JIRA, SmartSheet and ServiceNow.
Strong English verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate appropriately with both technical experts and business experts, including business management; multilingual skills are highly desirable
Ability to independently manage own work environment and schedule as well as coordinate activities and priorities of others.
Strong knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle, Agile and BPM
Strong knowledge of EVA
Strong communication and collaborative skills
High Attention to detail and quality, action oriented, ability to work within stringent deadlines
Strategic thinking and analytical skills required
Understanding Process Automation is a plus.
