Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers via live chat, email, and phone communications.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support.
- Guide customers through the features and benefits of various automotive offerings to enhance their overall experience.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new automotive products to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and reporting.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Strong interest in automotive products and the automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in customer service tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
