In this vital role, you will work closely with our Italian-speaking clients, helping them implement and maximize the effectiveness of our cutting-edge cloud technologies and software as a service (SaaS) solutions.

Your Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Italian-speaking clients regarding their SaaS and cloud computing needs.
- Deliver tailored recommendations to clients to enhance their cloud service experiences.
- Assist clients throughout the onboarding and implementation process, addressing any challenges they face.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients in utilizing our SaaS solutions effectively.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to contribute to the improvement of our services.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and advancements in SaaS and cloud technology.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
- Experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or technical consulting is highly desired.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their impact on business operations.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills for effective client engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to assist clients effectively.
