Your Responsibilities
- Engage with Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide assistance.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and offer knowledgeable information about our products and services.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends and enhance customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions for continued professional development.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
