- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.

- Engage in ongoing training to deepen your knowledge of our offerings and enhance service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
- Experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
