Your Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions for improved service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and client satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong passion for customer service and online shopping.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
- Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment.
