Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Document customer interactions accurately for the improvement of service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet goals and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in training to stay updated on the latest smart home technology trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong passion for technology and customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
