Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding mobile banking products and services, ensuring accurate information and resolutions.
- Document customer interactions diligently in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest industry trends and product features.
Requirements
- Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support or banking is a plus but not mandatory.
