Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding subscription services, addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Work closely with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to keep updated on product features and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong dedication to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Experience in customer support or subscription-based services is a plus but not mandatory.
