Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers through email, chat, and phone inquiries.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed about the latest product updates, promotions, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce roles is highly desirable.
- Strong interest in e-commerce and knowledge of online shopping trends.
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications.
