Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional frontline support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints efficiently to boost customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up and reporting.
- Work closely with team members to maintain high service standards and enhance customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and contribute to best practices development.
- Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or a support role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer-centric service.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
