Your Responsibilities
- Assist Italian-speaking customers in resolving technical issues related to our technology products.
- Diagnose problems and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate clients about the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records for follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and share knowledge.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product changes and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong technical background and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
