  • Deliver responsive help desk support, resolve access issues, manage MFA/password resets, and handle desktop troubleshooting.
  • Manage the lifecycle of hardware and peripherals, facilitate onboarding/offboarding, and administer user accounts.
  • Conduct maintenance and observability tasks for AWS cloud servers and serverless infrastructure.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable, automated technical solutions.

  • Ability to solve problems independently, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Exposure to scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) is beneficial.
  • Educational backgrounds in IT, Computer Science, or related fields are welcome; certifications (AWS, CompTIA, Microsoft) are a bonus but not mandatory.
  • Bootcamp graduates, self-taught candidates, and those with hands-on curiosity are encouraged to apply.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 per year
  • Equity participation plan
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Company-paid disability and life insurance
  • 401(k) plan and Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Unlimited paid time off
  • Gym/wellness reimbursement and commuter benefits
  • Social, team-building, and philanthropy events
  • Flexible location: remote, hybrid, or in-office — your choice
