- Works directly with business units to solve complex application and data issues. Develops, implements, and maintains business systems and software. Provides front-line support to business units, coordinates systems upgrades and testing, and works in a team environment to develop and maintain application programs.
- Handle customer tickets and preparing the solution implementation documents.
- Operate routine maintenance, testing, problem troubleshooting, software upgrade, providing technical support
- On-site support in case of major or critical problems
- Changing faulty modules on servers on-site.
- Attend and lead technical meetings with the customer and vendors to discuss any issues or new change requests.
- Reporting top technical issues to upper management..
- Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process
- Available after hours and weekends as needed and willing to work on-call rotation
- Available to travel domestic, work location is Istanbul
Requirements
- Graduated from Computer, Electronics-Communication or Electrical-Electronics Engineering departments of universities,
- System Installation (Hardware & Software)
- Maintenance for System modules & performance monitoring
- Troubleshooting of system capacity & workload related issues
- Experience on SQL,PL/SQL, Shell programming, Python scripting
- Experience on application administration
- Linux OS knowledge
- Strong communication skills with their clients
- On call duty during the holidays and off work hours to support any incidents or cases escalated to the team.
- Attend technical meetings with the customer and vendors to discuss any issues or new change requests.
- Being fluent in English and another foreign language is preferred.
