Job Description:
This role is responsible for managing and enabling our partners to achieve Commercial sales objectives while driving growth and channel sales expansion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the sales goals of your department and align with organizational goals.
- Build a strong relationship with Channel Partners and Customers of Channel Partners.
- Introduce Huawei solutions to Channel Partners and Customers of Channel Partners in order to create new sales opportunities.
- Able to handle problems within sales processes, have a good market insight, has ability to deliver Huawei’s Channel strategy to Channel Partners.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Channel Sales.
- Candidates, preferably with sales experience in the IT industry, who have previously worked as Channel Sales Manager or Account Manager or Sales Manager will be preferred.
- Conduct meetings/presentations with Partners and Customers to highlight Huawei solutions.
- Organize training sessions for Partners in order to improve their capability.
- Provide business analysis and market insight about competitors, to make Huawei products & solutions more competitive in market.
- Have good communications skills and rich experience in project bidding.
- Fluent English.
- Capable to work in an international environment, adaptability and flexibility to changes in a fast growing organization.
