ΙΤ Junior ERP & Billing Systems Engineer
The role will:
- Support and manage the ERP system, including administration, configuration, and customizations.
- Provide 1st level troubleshooting and monitor the billing system, maintaining communication with vendors.
- Implement internal ERP solutions such as user support, reporting, and simple workflow development.
- Manage users, roles, and access rights within the ERP, ensuring security and compliance.
- Monitor daily operations of ERP & Billing systems, performing reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Create and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Participate in API integrations and automations with internal teams or external partners.
- Coordinate with vendors on technical support tickets and ongoing projects.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a similar role working with ERP and/or Billing systems.
- BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and SQL Server using SSMS (queries, views, stored procedures).
- Troubleshooting skills related to ERP and/or Billing applications.
- Exposure to API integrations and automation tools is a plus.
- Programming knowledge in Python, .NET, and/or Java is a plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
