Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and major social platforms
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance—turning data into actionable insights
- Conduct A/B tests, refine ad copy, and improve landing pages to maximize ROI
- Maintain campaign assets: creative, keywords, budgets, ad copy, and audience settings
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to uncover new opportunities
- Optimize Google Business Profiles to improve local SEO visibility
- Prepare clear performance reports, highlighting wins and next-step recommendations for stakeholders
- Assist in planning and executing email marketing initiatives
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content
- Support Marketing Managers with additional tasks as needed
Requirements
- 0–1 year of marketing experience or a relevant degree with strong passion for digital marketing
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new tools and tactics
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
- Foundational understanding of PPC concepts: keyword research, ad copy, landing-page optimization, bidding strategies
- Solid analytical/problem-solving mindset
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms
- Experience with marketing automation (e.g., Customer.io, Zapier, HubSpot)
- Comfort with SQL and data-visualization tools
