What you will do
- Business & Marketing Data Analysis: Analyze internal data from marketing, product, and sales teams to identify trends and opportunities that support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Reporting & Visualization: Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports (PowerBi, Looker Studio, BigQuery) to communicate key insights and business KPIs across teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate marketing campaigns, customer acquisition funnels, and revenue-related metrics to improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Operational & Financial Insights: Support budgeting, forecasting, and pricing decisions with data analysis and scenario modeling.
- Cross-Functional Strategy Support: Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to provide data-backed recommendations on feature adoption, customer behavior, and retention strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market and competitive research to inform positioning, product development, and go-to-market strategy.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in business workflows and propose improvements backed by data.
- Documentation & Data Integrity: Maintain documentation for metrics definitions, data pipelines, and reporting methodologies to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (BigQuery, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with data
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn tools and tackle problems
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
