THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic professional to join our team. In this role, you will:

• Act as the main point of contact for our airline, hotel, and transport partners
• Coordinate prompt responses to flight disruptions
• Manage customer accounts and nurture long-term relationships
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Collaborate regularly with external stakeholders
• Prepare and manage sales communications and proposals
• Perform administrative tasks using Word, Excel, and various platforms
• Operate independently with minimal supervision
• Work closely with the team to ensure timely follow-up on all leads and potential business
• Develop strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets
• Manage and follow up on corporate rate agreements
• Assist in creating streamlined systems to support the successful implementation and management of new business

📅 Work Schedule:

• 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Requirements

ABOUT YOU
You’re a motivated individual with a passion for service and sales, ideally with a background in:

• Airlines, hospitality, hotels, or travel
• Customer service and business development
• High-pressure environments where adaptability is key

You also bring:

• Strong negotiation and time management skills
• Excellent administrative abilities
• The confidence to make independent decisions
• The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• A results-driven attitude with a focus on growth and efficiency
