• Provide expertise in automation testing using Selenium and Java enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of testing procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing processes within the development lifecycle ensuring seamless project execution.
• Utilize Jira for tracking and managing testing activities ensuring transparency and accountability in project progress.
• Develop and maintain data automation testing frameworks ensuring data quality and functional integrity across all projects.
• Conduct thorough data quality functional testing identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective measures to uphold data standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies contributing to the advancement of testing practices within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with automotive industry regulations and standards safeguarding the companys reputation and product reliability.
• Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of learning and development within the quality engineering team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver testing solutions that meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in manual and cloud testing with proven experience in the automotive industry.
• Demonstrate expertise in automation testing using Selenium and Java with a focus on data automation testing.
• Have experience in using Jira for project management and tracking testing activities.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address testing challenges effectively.
